Returns & Exchange

At Ittra Tara, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. While we do not accept returns, we do offer exchanges for sizing issues, subject to the terms outlined below.

Size Exchange
If the size you ordered does not fit, we are happy to offer a one-time exchange in the same style. You must request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at hello@ittratara.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 9270395711 with your order number.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and returned with all original tags intact. Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for exchange.

Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send the replacement. Shipping costs for the return delivery to you will be covered by us.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email a clear photo to hello@ittratara.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9270395711 within 24 hours of receiving your package. After review and approval, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund if necessary.

Please note that due to the nature of handblock printing and the use of natural dyes, slight variations in print placement, minor smudges, or subtle color differences are not considered defects. These are inherent characteristics of handmade textiles and reflect the beauty and uniqueness of each piece.

If you are sending an item for exchange, please ensure it is securely packed and clearly labeled with the following return address:

Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us via WhatsApp at +91 9270395711 or emailing hello@ittratara.com.

Cancellations are not accepted after the 12-hour window, as orders typically move into processing immediately. Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If your cancellation request is made within the permitted timeframe, a refund will be issued in the form of store credit. The store credit will be valid for 60 days from the date of issue. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be extended beyond its expiry.
